Wu Dang Yang Sheng Qi Gong

I recently purchased the CD version of this product and followed along with the practice. After I was done I thought that the energy activated was not so strong or different but as time passed after the first practice, I noticed an ever intensifying energy of a sort I had not experienced before. I came to realize that this is an outstanding practice that is much more powerful than the very easy to practice movements suggest. I highly recommend this product as an authentic practice. AS far as criticism goes I thought the music was a little too loud and a somewhat distracting, occasionally it is difficult to hear the cooments of Master Tseng. However, I would not tell anyone to avoid this product for these reasons as witb repetition the practice becomes clear. For anyone wondering if this CD or VHS would be of value to their understanding and experience I would say that I have practiced various styles of Qigong over the years and I have never been this impressed with results from other styles nor have I found any teachings that so powerfully works on developing Pre Heaven Qi!
